MATERIALS AND CAPABILITIES

We are associated with companies within the Computer Information Systems, Semiconductor and Aerospace Industries. As a result, we work with a variety of metals and materials, including hardened tool steels, titanium, CPM 15, Vandis, and a variety of poly-laminates and other special substrates. Additionally, we have fabricated tooling and fixtures form Demat, FR4, Plexiglas, Aluminum and other standard and non standard materials.

Our equipment capabilities include:

* CNC Vertical Milling Systems.
* Precision Grinding of Hardened tool steel to 0.0001 inch.
* Inspection verification and documentation of finished product utilizing a video based optical measurement system to insure accuracy down to 5 Microns.
* Short run and Prototyping of mature and immature tooling and equipment designs, with the ability to react quickly to design changes with minimal impact on cost and schedule.
* Radius grinding of hardened tool steel to 0.003 inch.
* Quick Change Automatic Draw Bar Tooling, minimizing changeover time.
