• Inspection verification and documentation of finished product utilizing a video based optical measurement system to insure accuracy down to 5 Microns.
• Short run and Prototyping of mature and immature tooling and equipment designs, with the ability to react quickly to design changes with minimal impact on cost and schedule.
• Radius grinding of hardened tool steel to 0.003 inch.
• Quick Change Automatic Draw Bar Tooling, minimizing changeover time.
